This no running thing is killing me. All I want to do when I get home from work is run. Plus I’ve bounced back up to my old weight of 120 and let me tell ya, it does not feel good to say that. Not because the number is too high, but because I gained weight. When I started working out harder, I felt amazing, and I happened to lose weight as well. But now that I can’t work out, I feel horrible, and I gained my weight back. I just am so torn because I am a happier person when I am super active, but if I am super active, I am in a lot of pain. It’s so hard. And yes I know I can do strength training, and I do. But I need that cardio. And I just can’t get that while trying to heal my knee.
